Getting a conveyor roller order right first time
Diameter, shaft type, face width, bearing housing. Five measurements that stop a wrong delivery.
Nine out of ten wrong roller deliveries come from one of two mistakes: measuring the frame instead of the roller face width, or assuming the shaft type from a photo.
Measure the tube diameter, the face width between frames, the shaft length over ends, the shaft form (spring-loaded, hex, threaded) and note the bearing housing.
